Welcome to my personal blog. It is a place for thinking out loud after thirty-three. For notes, reflections, lists, theory applied gently, and thoughts that were never meant to be optimised. I write from experience, curiosity, and attention rather than conclusion. Some entries are essays. Some are fragments. Some are cultural notes, books I loved, films I am circling, ideas that linger longer than expected. I hold a doctoral degree in psychology, and this perspective occasionally emerges, but it is not in a professional setting. Nothing here is intended as advice, instruction, or expertise for consumption (speak to your therapist/psychologist). It is simply one person noticing patterns, relationships, and meaning as they unfold.
This blog is intentional. It is written under a name that gives me Willo J. Tambiya room to think without performance, urgency, or expectation.
If you are reading, you are welcome.
If you recognise yourself in any of this, that is enough.
